3 miles south of Ludlow with local amenities,
black and white buildings, castle and
fine restaurants approximately 1 mile from
the Hereford border.
Wales is less than 20 miles away. There are
numerous attractions in the area to suit all
tastes and ages

ACCOMMODATION
Featherknowl Cottage is a spacious house surrounded by large gardens and farmland.
On the ground floor:
KITCHEN with Rayburn, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with table and chairs that comfortably seat six.
UTILITY with sink and washing machine
SITTING ROOM with wood burner stove, and T.V.
LIVING ROOM with easy chairs and dinning table which seats 8 comfortably + another table which can also be used for dining. T.V.

On the first floor:
BEDROOM ONE 2 double beds
BEDROOM TWO super king bed
BEDROOM THREE double bed ensuite bathroom with shower over bath
BEDROOM FOUR double bed

Ample parking.
The house is equipped for 8 but can easily accommodate larger number by arrangement.
A gardener comes about once a fortnight to mow lawns.
Visitors are requested not to smoke on the premises.
